  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the receipt of a valid refund request.

Vehicle Reservation Fee:

  • Reservation fees are required to secure a vehicle for a specific period. These fees are refundable if the reservation is canceled within 10 days prior to the scheduled pickup or purchase date.
  • To request a refund for a reservation fee, customers must notify us via email at [email protected] within the specified cancellation period.
  • Refunds for reservation fees will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Partial Payments or Down Payments

  • Down payments or partial payments made toward a vehicle purchase are refundable under certain circumstances.
  • If the vehicle purchase does not proceed due to reasons beyond the customer's control (e.g., vehicle unavailability, major discrepancies, etc.), a refund request should be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  • Refunds for down payments or partial payments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain fees or charges, such as administrative fees, processing fees, or additional services rendered, may not be eligible for a refund. These non-refundable items will be explicitly communicated at the time of payment.
