Founded in December 1975 on Central Avenue, we began with a simple yet powerful mission: to provide the best possible service in meeting the transportation needs of our community. For five and a half years, we operated from this facility, laying the groundwork for what would become a legacy of excellence. In July of 1981, Bill Dube, Inc. proudly acquired a Ford franchise along with the facilities on Dover Point Road, and we’ve since grown into one of the largest dealerships on the Seacoast.

Our founder, Bill Dube, had a vision for the future—a vision that mirrored the dynamic growth of our community. In 1992, his daughter, Debbie Dube Reed, became President and eventually joined as a partner. Debbie continues to uphold Bill’s values of ethical business practices and community leadership, which remain central to our ongoing success. Together, we’ve built a business that’s not just about cars, but about relationships and trust—values that will continue to guide us for years to come.

Today, we remain proudly family-owned and operated, with a team of over 70 dedicated employees from diverse backgrounds. What sets us apart is the commitment of our staff to carrying on the Bill Dube name, a name synonymous with trust and integrity across the Seacoast. For us, it’s personal. We don’t have a generic name above our door—because our name is a promise to our community.
