Parts Return Policy

At Bill Dube Inc., we strive to provide the correct parts the first time. To ensure the quality and integrity of the products we sell, the following return policy applies:

Eligible Returns

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice.
  • Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, in its original packaging, and free from damage, markings, or alterations.
  • Returns may be subject to inspection prior to approval.
  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary and are based on charges assessed by the manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or other vendor, and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:

  • Electrical and electronic parts.
  • Safety-related items, including but not limited to airbags, seatbelt components, brake system components, and other safety system parts.
  • Open-box, installed, used, altered, or damaged merchandise.
  • Special-order or non-stocked parts ordered specifically for a customer.
  • Parts or accessories purchased using manufacturer promotional points, rewards programs, loyalty points, or similar incentive programs.

Special Order Cancellations

Special-order parts are ordered specifically at the customer’s request and may not be eligible for cancellation. If a special-order part can be cancelled after the order has been placed, the customer may be responsible for any cancellation fees, restocking charges, shipping costs, or other fees imposed by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier. Such charges will be deducted from any refund issued.

Return Timeframe

Eligible returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.

Core Returns and Warranty Claims

Core returns and manufacturer warranty claims are subject to the policies and procedures established by the manufacturer and may require additional documentation, inspection, or approval.

Exceptions

Bill Dube Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted on one transaction shall not be construed as a waiver of this policy or an obligation to grant exceptions in the future.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is subject to suppliers availability of the specific parts. More information can be provided by contacting the Dealership directly.

Reservation of Rights

Bill Dube Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy and to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
